From the Pulpit & Into the Garden: "Grow Where You are Planted – Scatter Seeds of Inspiration!"

A Vision of Hope

GodsFlowers

“For everything that is covered with be uncovered and everything now hidden will be made clear. What I say to you in the dark, tell the daylight. What you hear in whispers, shout it from the roof top!” (Mt. 10: 24-33)

You know something is on the horizon. You can feel it in the air and it is good! Is this the time to waiver in your belief or boldly step out in faith?

We are not to lose heart in the process. Go straight to God and trust in his divine timing, even if the vision has not been revealed. It is not a question of what God will do, but how one proceeds. Why?

You are being shaped like a ball of dough. Can you see it? The dough ball is perfectly round and even a bit shiny on the outside? Now, add we need to add a little more flour for substance and water for blessing.

In this season, God takes us down to the “valley to batter us into the shape of that vision.” It is in the valley that so many of us give up.” Don’t give up!

If you have not a vision from God, wait in anticipation. Don’t plan the party or the outcome. Trust there is a vision, even if you can’t see it.

God says, “My vision supersedes anything you can plan in your mind. Stay the course and keep your eyes fixed on me.”

“They who wait upon the Lord shall be renewed in strength; mount up with eagles wings. They shall run and not be weary; walk and not faint. (Is. 40:31)
