Spirit Driven

Wilderness Theme

“The Ruach drives him into the wilderness.”

We are in a state of transition and preparation and can’t see everything.

At some point, one may find it necessary to go back out into the wilderness; into the desert, to find that part of self that is lost. The key is not to stay in that out of the way place. It’s time to come back to reality and re-group.

Jesus was ‘driven out’ and he reconvened with the Shekinah Spirit, finding comfort and support. He continued with his journey, “I am here to finish the work I was sent to do.”

However, the ground is almost ready for the new spring planting, “Now is the fullness of time.” Get ready!

“The angels took care of him.”

Cast that Net – Follow Me!

“All who were with him were amazed.” (Lk. 5)

Never has there been a time such as this. Humanity is crumbling and yearns to be set free.

Many have built their spiritual foundations on sand and have become disillusioned with life; “that which is old is not working anymore.”

Get busy. Cast those nets and go deep. Why? You are not alone. There are other kindred souls out there in the same boat.

Throw out those old blue prints. Design a new plan for living, creating a foundation that stands on solid or holy ground; one that will surpass all time, reflected in the Light of the Risen Christ.

Remember what Jesus said, “Don’t be afraid. From now on you will be catching more than fish.”

“They caught a great multitude. Their nets were breaking.” (Lk.5)

Getting Set Free – An Ongoing Journey

“Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men.” (Rv. 21)

Jesus left us a gift of freedom. It is so simple, yet we complicate everything and miss the message.

We can be made new and set free, if we will accept this gift of the Spirit; the promised one who resides within, forever.

Jesus says, “Take a moment to reflect and be; find that part of me that is inside of you and begin to commune with me. Herein is where we form our foundation together and begin the real work!

“They shall be his people and God himself shall be with them.” (Rv. 21)

Foundation is the Key

“Prepare yourself to receive the foundation of the world.”

We are only beginning to scratch the surface, there is so much more to be revealed.

Right now, the earth is cold and hard to work, so building a foundation will take muscle to accomplish.

However, we are going much deeper; beyond the surface of what one can see.

The foundation I speak of is not of this world, but of my world; beyond space, time and being.

It is what resides deep within the core of every human walking the earth discerning the spiritual experience; the way, it is My Way!

“I want you to be prepared as you step into your foundation in 2018. Where will you be? Will you be a better reflection of me?”

Walking with Purpose

“Walk humbly and peacefully with God.”

Go onward in my Spirit of Adventure of hope and peace; walking into your destiny with purpose and understanding.

Don’t question your capability or what I can do through you and for you; “You will do these things as I have done and more.”

How much of my work goes undone through lack of faith and hope.

Never measure yourself by what others can accomplish or bring forth, or by what they leave on the road-side of life, “Here you will know I walk beside you into a place of green pastures and peace.”

“The path has been tried and every step has been planned with a view of your progress.”

God Search Me

“Walk in the Light as He is in the Light.” (1 Jn.)

I put a spotlight in you. It gives you the opportunity to peer in and see the truth of who and what you are.

As we make our way across the years, I have given you many opportunities to see the truth. Do you accept who you are right now? “I am truth, search for me.”

“You are the God of the early mornings, the God of the late nights, the God of the mountain peaks and the God of the sea. My soul has horizons further away than those of early mornings, deeper darkness than the nights of earth, higher peaks than any mountain peaks; greater depths than any sea in nature.”

You are the God of all these!

“Seek me and be in me!”

Adjusting the Plate

“Dear God, you have given me so much. Please give me one more thing, a grateful heart.” (G. Herbert)

As we approach Thanksgiving, the Day of Gratitude; I am passing on this message on to you:

“Your plate has been full for several years. The moment has come in your life to rearrange the plate by removing that which is no longer works; making choices about how, where and with whom you share your time.

Take care of what is in front of you each day. Nurture the gifts you have been given.

Give it all to God; be Christ centered instead of self-centered.”

“The Son of Man did not come to be served; but to serve and to give His life, a ransom for many.” (Mt. 20)

Follow Me, “I AM” the Way!

“Come follow me, I will give you Light.”

Every promise and every truth will now come to pass.

Just as the Red Sea parted with a strong east wind, I have cleared the way for you to move on, “Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. The Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind and the waters departed.”

Each being, as she/he is, follows the path I have laid in front of them. By stepping out and not turning back to that which is familiar and embracing all that is to come; one will discover the path of true seeker of the Light.

Do not be despaired by those who do not or cannot understand your journey. They are not meant to follow your trail. Persevere in the way of truth, understanding and holiness.

Everything is now in place and ready to go. The timing is divine and perfect without missing a beat.

Jesus said, “I Am the Way, the Truth and the Light.”

You are now sent forth into the Promised Land, to continue the work without reservation or hesitation.

“Follow the Path, Follow the Light and Follow the Way!”

A Foundation of Faith

“Are you willing to stretch and move in blind faith even though you feel you can’t go on?”*

When closing one door and opening another, having faith is necessary to move forward and finish the work one is called to do!

In prayer, we always need others who will stand with us in the gap; shoulder to shoulder, without pretense.

In 2015, my friends, the “Two Listeners” prayed over me. It was a powerful experience.

As I sat in their living room, I felt the power of the Spirit come over me; it was so strong, I couldn’t move a muscle. God had my attention.

My friends told me that a brand new door is going to open in my life, allowing me to step into new places with Jesus.

As they continued praying, they said, “the Lord is closing a door behind you and it will be sealed shut.”

On Faith and standing in agreement with my friends, I stood up and stepped through the new door the Lord placed in front of me. The words that Jesus spoke, “It is finished” resonated in my Spirit.

I had no idea what was in store for me; only trusting in the prophetic words my friends shared with me that day, combined with the trust I have in my God.

This excerpt taken from E-Sword, Daily Devotions resonated with my Spirit:

“Maybe you are in “God’s Body Shop” right now – and He is pounding out dents, scraping off the old coat of paint that somebody else sprayed on you; cutting out the rust and putting new panels in place. You my friend are being over-hauled! And the final results will certainly be road-worthy – you can count on it!”

Even though we step into a new situation in life, there is always more preparation; discernment via prayer while getting bits and pieces of the new plan along the way. Herein lies the lesson of faith, trusting in God 100%.

“We have to dig in our heels and not waiver until the miracle happens.”*

Discerning God’s Message!

“So let us discern for ourselves what is right; let us learn together what is good.” Jb. 34

We make choices and decisions in our lives, everyday. Herein is the challenge: It is what one does with the choice given or path to follow. Now what?

First, discernment is always preceded by listening. Wait on God’s divine timing. Watch for an inspiration or lead on how to proceed, “Hear me, and I will instruct you and tell you so much more.”

When you receive your first invitation to move forward via the “Inner Ticker” Holy Spirit, trust you will always get a second verification or affirmation of truth. Something or someone will grasp your attention in clarity and not confusion. God gives one the ability to determine whether a message is from a holy source.

Test every situation and “do not worry about how to defend yourselves or what to say, because when the time comes the Holy Spirit will train you in the way to go.”

“By following my path, the one I have laid before you, will make you more connected to this world.” (PAZ)
