Into Flight Part 1

“Bringing in the Light!”*

Recently, we discussed the” Flowing Light” with the windows of heaven opening; pouring forth one of the many blessings God wants us to have.

Now we go one step further, “Into Flight.”

In order to get “Into Flight” we have some foundation work to do before taking off.

First, accept the blessing that fell out of heaven’s window. It gives one an opportunity to “Bring in the Light.” Wrap it around you like a comfy blanket. It is, in fact, God’s armor! Don’t leave home without it!

Remember, “Putting on the whole armor of God means we do not ignore the warning signs of stress, where weak links in our protective covering begin to crack under pressure.”*

Ponder this message and I will see you on Sunday for Part 2 of “Into Flight!”

“God has created everything we need in the spiritual realm; waiting for us to call what we need from the spiritual realm into the natural realm.” **

The Lord is My Light

Weeki Wachee Springs

“He hides me in his shelter when there is trouble.” (Ps.27)

Last week, while in prayer; the Taize Chant, “The Lord is My Light” popped into my head. God shows up in a whisper or a song, when I need it most.

The same day, I pulled one of my books off the shelf and randomly opened a page. On the page was a quote taken from Psalm 27, “The Lord is My Light and Salvation; Whom Shall I fear?” This was my 2nd confirmation that this Psalm deserved a second look.

When blessings come, I can pay attention; embrace the message that God has my back or retreat into the darkness of whatever challenge is knocking at my door.

Have courage, this is no time to recoil. Remember, “The Lord is My Light, My Life and My Salvation!”

Pause & Reflect:

The Lord is My Light

A Light Unto Darkness

Light Unto Darkness

“I must work the works of the one who sent me, while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work.”

“By coming to earth, I had to complete everything via the works of man, revealing God’s will.”

Today, we find desperation in the eyes and hearts of those in need; cut off from hope.

We are entering a season where one can be ‘Set Free’, but first it is necessary to remove the darkness that blocks the line of sight.

We develop tunnel vision and see only what we want to see.

Jesus offers a solution. The lesson goes deeper (see John 9):

Jesus spread mud on the man’s eyes. He instructs him to go and wash in the Pool of Siloam. The man regained his sight, “I was blind but now I see.”

Spiritual blindness can only be cured by allowing the Light of the World to clear the trail; “While I am in the world, I Am the Light of the World.”

Each soul has a personal responsibility to progress spiritually. One has to want it; to claim it.

Our goal is to be able to see again; begin again.

“The holy and blessed God saw the Light of the Messiah and his works.” (Gen 1:4)

Son Day for Sunday

Lights that Flicker

“A servant of God must stand so very much alone that he never realizes he is alone.”

Sometimes “Lights that Flicker” do fade or go out altogether.

In the early stages of “the Way” disappointments came. People who were lights faded out. Those who once stood strong turned away and this still happens today.

We all have clay feet at one time or another. If we travel back to the “Garden” for a moment, we find Jesus in the midst of distress. He asks his friends to “stay here and keep watch with me.” They soon fall back to sleep and he is left alone.

As individuals or as a collective, lights can flicker and fade for a period of time.

When important individuals go away, we are sad. Yet it is meant to be; time for all involved, to move on. Now what?

Finding solace in the “Light of the World”, the one that never extinguishes is our strength.

Tune in and seek the face of God; the eternal Light of Love, the one who promises, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

“You are beautiful, be my Light!”

River of Light

“The River of Light flows from me to you.”

During a recent day vision, I was taken to a throne room with other Prayer Warriors where Jesus appeared.

Suddenly, the wall opened up behind Jesus and the Light of Heaven began to flow like a river or rolling ocean waves. The Light slowly made its way over the assembled group of Prayer Warriors, up to the back wall of the room.

The Light was a thick yellow fog. I could not see anything in front or around me, just the Light. God’s Light was illuminating and beautiful.

The encounter left me with a feeling of comfort and peace. “God makes the rivers to flow. They tire not, nor do they cease from flowing.” (EE)

After witnessing this scene, I received a notice on my phone for a “dense fog advisory” in my area.

“The River of Light is my first gift to you in this new prophetic season. Now, share it with others!”

Looking for the Light

Worry not about that which is behind; instead embrace all that is before you.

There is a glimmer of light just down the road and around the bend. Search for it. Want it! Believe it and live it!

What is the “Light of Love?”

The “Light of Love” is what connects you to your own awareness of God through prayer.

It is through your connection in prayer, one imagines a soft golden light, (the pure Light of Christ) surrounding and encompassing the whole body. This is followed by another layer of soft pink (the Love of Christ).

Send the “Light of Love” to every member of your family, every part of your abode, and most important, send this “Light of Love” to the entire globe.

When you hear about an earth change or disaster, send the “Light of Love” daily to this area.

As the earth changes increase, and they will, so will the need for intensive prayer for this planet that you call home.

As the power of prayer increases among individuals and groups, so will the spiritual awareness of God come to Light for all to see.

Spiritual awareness will happen in pockets in small places.

Humanity is looking for the next big thing.

Your culture is obsessed in looking for the next big star or big story.

Man looks outside of her/him instead of finding the God within.

The ‘God’ shift will happen in small ways and small spaces this is where the greatest healing will come about.

The incident in the Gulf of Mexico with the oil spill is only the beginning.

This disaster or shift is visible and something you can see off the shores of your nation.

Of course, man has a way of desensitizing life and once the cleanup is under way the conscious will shift to something else.

It is important that you continue to pray for this body of water and its healing.

Mother Nature, the earth mother will find a way to clean this area.

The rumblings are happening and the earth is waking up.

Now it is time for humanity to wake up.

Keep on praying!
